Random Rambling

Sooooo, this is my 3rd attempt at blogging. I was slacker the other times, but mostly because my computer was a pain in the hiney. I got a new one though and new Internet service so hopefully I'll keep this one going. I'm from and live in North Florida, grew up in a small town, went to college (go Gators!), got a job and now live in a city that at least has a mall and a few decent restaurants, but that's about it. And the house that I live in could possibly be haunted by my roommates great great uncle who gave the house to her grandfather who gave the house to her. More about that later. I have an amazing family and the most ADORABLE 7 month old nephew that we all spoil rotten! I'm the middle child and was the "runt" of the family so my big sis and younger (but bigger) brother used to torture me, so I'm pretty tough. I'm a girlie girl, but I still love the outdoors. In the winter, my daddy and brother pretty much live at their hunting camp in Alabama, so I go visit them when I can. And in the summer you can usually find my whole family out on the Gulf catching (or at least trying to catch) trout, reds, grouper or whatever we can hook. I'm 24 years old and single. I have 4 of the most amazing friends (one of whom I live with) and even though we bicker like old ladies sometimes, I love them to death and wouldn't trade them for the world! I love to craft and my friends call me Martha and pick on me sometimes, but when football season (our favorite season) rolls around, honey they expect their orange and blue necklaces and bracelets and I gladly deliver. I also looove to make headbands and have officially developed an addiction to ribbon. I like to cook, mostly just stuff I learned to make from my mama, but my specialty is miniature red velvet cupcakes with homemade cream cheese icing with chopped pecans sprinkled on top! I like a good cocktail and believe that there is nothing wrong with drinking a glass of champagne for no good reason other than you want to. I believe in tradition and manners and being polite and I can't stand people who are inconsiderate and selfish. And I believe that I've rambled on about myself long enough.... Oh and one more thing... GO GATORS!
